Offerings and Services

Every psilocybin experience is unique — and every person who walks through this work deserves skilled, unhurried, deeply informed support. The services below are designed to meet you where you are and accompany you through every phase of the journey: before, during, and after.

Individual Services

1.

Preparation sessions

Required · Two sessions · In-person or video

Before any psilocybin experience, we meet twice to lay essential groundwork. This is not a formality — it is one of the most important factors in how your journey unfolds.

We'll review your personal history, intentions, and any health considerations that inform how we work together. I'll walk you through what the administration day looks like from start to finish, share insight into the arc and phases of a psilocybin experience, discuss personal support preferences, and address any questions or concerns you have.

For those traveling from out of town, one preparation session can take place in person the day before your journey, giving us the opportunity to tour the space together and help you arrive oriented and at ease.

The journey · In-person at a licensed service center

Administration session

This is the heart of the work. Administration sessions take place at a state-licensed psilocybin service center and are tailored to your needs, intentions, and desired level of support throughout the experience.

The space is carefully prepared: a comfortable place to rest and move your body, eyeshades, blankets, a weighted blanket, an intention space for personally meaningful items, and a thoughtfully curated playlist. Every element of the environment is held with intention.

My role throughout is to provide safety, attunement, and presence. I will not direct your experience — I will accompany it. Most administration sessions last between four and eight hours. You will not drive yourself home afterward, and we'll make sure you have a plan for safe, comfortable rest following your journey.

3.

Integration sessions

Two sessions included · In-person or video

The journey doesn't end when the psilocybin does. What you do with the experience in the days and weeks that follow is where lasting change is made possible.

Two integration sessions are included in the standard package. These are reflective, unhurried conversations designed to help you make meaning of what arose during your journey — insights, emotions, images, or questions that may still be unfolding. Drawing on my background in existential meaning-centered approaches and my extensive experience with trauma and personal transformation, I can help you find language for experiences that often resist it, and begin to weave those insights into your daily life.

Additional integration sessions are available for those working with deeper or more complex material. Integration is not a debrief — it is where the real work begins.

Group psilocybin experience

Group Session

There is something that happens in a group psilocybin experience that is difficult to replicate in any other setting. Over years of facilitating group journeys, I have found that sharing this kind of experience with others can amplify the depth and meaning of the work in remarkable ways.

Group retreats include dedicated time for preparation, the psilocybin experience itself, and structured integration — all held within a container of genuine community. Many participants describe the integration day as one of the most meaningful of their lives.

Retreat details, dates, and availability are shared on an ongoing basis — reach out to be added to the interest list.

Harm reduction · Video or in-person

Microdosing education

Microdosing — the practice of taking sub-perceptual amounts of psilocybin — has generated significant interest as a way to support mood, focus, and overall wellbeing. Many people are exploring it on their own without reliable information about what they're doing or why.

In the spirit of harm reduction, I offer education sessions for those who are already microdosing or considering it. We'll discuss what the current evidence does and doesn't support, how to approach it thoughtfully, and how microdosing might complement a broader journey toward growth and healing.

These sessions are informational and do not involve the provision of any substances
